Very good experience. The children’s area had minders. The nurses were very respectful and treated us with courtesy. Doctor was stand offish though and in a hurry, seemed irritated by a crying child. But he did his job.

The clinic is professional and the staff are helpful, Dr. Zrinka and her nurse Abigail are absolutely brilliant. I only wish they had a system where the laboratory would send out the lab results as soon as they're out. Right now, you need to wait for the nurse to call you to inform you about your results, it's not very efficient because the nurses are overloaded and literally running around all the time.
Terrible experience in terms of patience relationship. Trying to reach our doctor since days to get information about our test result and medical recommendation. Doctor is never accessible and nurse never calls you back despite many calls and follow up by our side. Far away from professionalism and patient care.
I gave my blood for some tests here, and they told me that the test results would be available in 2 days. I called the clinic 2 times to follow up for my results after 3 days but was told that they can not be shared with me as Dr Mukaddes has not reviewed them yet. Dr Mukaddes called after 7 days and with a frustrated language without letting me to speak to tell me that I should find another doctor as she wouldn’t like to be my doctor since I caused a lot of problems with their reception while following up my test results! She told me that she is now doing me a favor by calling me to explain me the test results, and went over the results quickly skipping some of them, as soon as she finished she hung up the phone without giving me a chance to even talk or ask anything else. It’s my first time hearing a doctor saying find another doctor for yourself, so I’m a bit of shocked about the experience.
HealthBay Al Wasl is really a good hospital. The doctors are also nice and their treatment packages are very reasonable.
I think HealthBay Al Wasl is the best hospital in UAE with the most experienced team of doctors. I recommend this hospital to everyone.
I feel Healthbay Al Wasl is the #1 hospital in this locality. Doctors are really hardworking and other staffs are good and supportive. I personally prefer and suggest this clinic
Dr. Schmidt believes that a nose surgery is similar to buying a dress online, it could fit you well and be happy or it might not work... this is the first doctor I visit in UAE that charges me every single time I come (even for a follow up session and follow up surgery). I had a minor breathing issue and thought I can improve it by doing this operation, unfortunately in less than one month I started having trouble just breathing and started to yawn all day, few weeks down the line and now I’ve been told I snore. Doctor says I should redo the operation and I’m just not ‘one of the happy customers’ ‘with some it works and done it doesn’t’. The operation takes less than 10 minutes, and instead of working on his reputation and success rate to fix it immediately, he decided I should do an allergy test (which came out negative by the way), suggested another medicine to buy, and suggested I redo the surgery and pay for it when clearly it hasn’t worked the first time around. (Obviously this all adds to a waste of my time going there, doing tests, check results, I even had to pay for the check up to see why my nose is blocked) How should a patient even reconsider for one second to redo it in the same place! It’s a shame and a pity leaving someone like that when the solution is right in your hands and won’t lose you anything!
