Overall , it’s a good gym. But they have dedicated one of the most convenient time slots for ladies exclusively. If they can adjust “ladies only hours” it will be very beneficial for lots of fitness enthusiasts.

Clean gym with decent amount of equipments, dedicated to community members so you are asked for tenancy contract before registration, registration fees are 150 aed each 3 months payed by credit/debit card only, people are nice and respectful and from same community attitude of respect and individual socially responsibility and kindness
Evenings are packed, machines are limited, the gym itself is fairly very small but its fairly vacant during the afternoon. They charge you 150Dhs for 3 months. Regarding machines being sanitary, not everyone cleans and wipes the equipment, nor is it enforced. Have never seen staff cleaning the equipment during my visits between 8pm to 10pm. If you still want to go, use your gloves, bring your towel and wipe everything yourself to be extra careful.

Decent gym with good amount of equipment. Would be 5 stars if they had all the equipment for body building.
Very crowded, doesn't have enough space to move and do exercise. I wish community management consider a bigger space for gym.
