zero stars. very poor service. we paid for full set of books and they gave use few and said rest were all online, but those were actually print texts and they gave it to other parents!!! Did not even inform us that they were out of stock. Gave wrong hindi text also. I wonder why no one gave a consumer case against them. Why do GEMS schools recommend this place???

Very poor experience. They don't have any good books and whenever we ask something about a book they have only 1 reply 'It will come after a week'. Their customer service is also very bad. I wish there was a negative star for this bookshop.
