Not very happy with the services provided. As the item we have requested twice came as a wrong design. We had to go back and keep changing the item. Even when we have requested before delivery to confirm via WhatsApp they were not helpful. Incompetent background staff. Even the helper asked me to carry the item myself in fact thats not my job and they supposed to deliver the item for free to the house.

Good sales men with good materials
Marvellous store. It's not a typical building material store but more like an ultra Luxurious boutique store with all the products in the market with widest variety of choice in accessories and options of sanitary & tiles products.
First time in my life coming to a shop without a salesman, and security is telling to come back in the evening
Unfortunately this is one of the worst managing store in the area. I’ve had a lot of materials from then and they made quotation for me, when I payed they changed the quotation and removed some materials from it. Not just that but they shout at customers and get angry if you argue with their opinion. My salesman was Bassam so be careful of him and the store in general !
You have to admit the store reflects the products they make. Stunning in design, exclusive location.
