If you go to Galitos at festival city be prepared for your food to come at different times. Sit back and enjoy the fastest waiter in the world running around like the restaurants on fire and getting orders to table but parts of the order going missing. Not to mention the lack of consideration when they saw us with a baby, there was no acknowledgement of that and no offer to bring a high chair. I reminded the waitress and then another member of staff to bring a high chair. When they did it was dirty and sticky clearly not being cleaned at all. We realised our fries were missing so we asked the floor manager to check on them. It arrived after our meal was finished. The chicken was rubbery and did not look presentable at all. Usually I would expect this kind of service when the restaurant is packed out but it wasn’t packed at all. Came home and had the worst experience overnight. The whole family had food poisoning and frequent visits to the wash room. Would we go back here? No chance!

You like spicy food then this is your favorite place to experience different flavors of peri peri sauces with awesome combinations of chicken,veggies and rice. Staff is really friendly and helpful in selecting dishes. A new addition “Grilled chicken Drumettes” is a must try with two flavors and 3 choice of sauces.

Whole lot of Piri Piri flavors. Fries are awesome. Chili beans side were surprisingly delicious. Chicken in hot sauce was tender and juicy. Durban special was one of the best served with buttered rice.

The restaurant is 19 mins away. After 90 mins we called and we were hung up on 3x. No call backs. The order finally reached... Except it reached someone else's home (not the address we have). Luckily, the new resident saw my number on the order and called to tell me. I explained this to the restaurant and they said to wait 40 mins. No apology. No refund. Nothing to make up for it. Will not order again until this is addressed.

One of the best diners in town. Top customer experience for both staff and food. Taste is wow big time. I really enjoyed every bit if it. The Estpitada was the right choice. The rocket salad was a symphony. I must insist that you try the chick-e-naise garlic bread. Frankly speaking, much better than similar restaurants offering similar items. Manager at site was very helpful and understanding.

17 Feb 2017. Good food, staff service was very good. Price was in good range. Not a heavy traffic place hence enjoyed a peaceful meal. We returned in 11 Aug 2020. Service has really gone down. The management wasn’t ready to customized our order. We go there for exceptional service. It’s not there anymore.

The seating area is nice and wide, staff almost friendly, but the serving time is too long, if it is not caused by less manpower, then defiantly lake of management, they need to plan ahead how to serve all customers in the same time, especially in Ramadan iftar time. The offer of unlimited chicken was great value, the chicken taste good, and tender, many options available for the spicy sauces.

The food served here is worth a try.... the special flavours of their grilled chicken are quite yummy. Just a word of caution - the Hot and Extra hot flavours could be killers , if you are from the non-spicy world !!!! Even if you find the prices slightly on the higher side, the tasty food would compensate for that! (One bottle of 500ml water costs 8 Dhs!!!!)
