Dear the employee Ms Nahail very helpfull and excellent in observing client's anger. However Foundation is not customer oriented. Diffcult to deal with and not friendly at all. Again Ms Nahila managed to cover Foundation ignorance of dealing with clients. Thanks please easy your procedures. I am working in very sensitive post and server my customer with clean heart.
