The process of pick up and delivery were very quick and easy. The usb provided is perfect to use on all phones, tablets, TVs or laptops. They even resolved an issue I had with my usb in a matter of hours with a new usb delivered. I’m really happy with their work and customer service and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to digitize their old tapes.
