Attended a Dubai Expo 2020 coordinators workshop at Festival Arena... the place seems to be under construction, the parking is not paved and is very far from the venue... had to walk all the way from the parking lot however, there were buggies giving ride to the people from the parking lot to the main venue but there were not enough buggies..... The venue inside was superb with lots of innovative booths. Attractive ambience, superb stylish when you enter it seems a whole lot new world.....

As a building nice, as an experience this was the worst event I have ever attended. The service done by intercontinental Festival City was shameful, low class, cheap, if I were managing this hotel I would definitely have fired the head of events and catering on the spot. Now the other part done by Royal Events, this event you did was junk. You really shouldn't be organising events and the arena management shouldn't allow such a company to do events there. In summary my review on this arena is: disappointing, misorganized, low class, low quality, someone should really deal with people managing this arena immediately.

The building is so so fantastic and GREAT!!!!!!!! I've been there with our Robotics Team (LYBOTICS Youth Team) representing our country, Libya . In the World Robotics Olympics (FIRST Global Challenge 2019). And the Festival Arena was so awesome place to host such a huge event. And it is very big building and prepared with very really so amazing facilities. For everything. It is a Highly recommended place to visit or organise something in.

A little far from the main road, difficult to access without car. Good place for large events. Ample parking space available. Went there for accounting & finance show. Good View of dubai skyline from the gate
