Worst management and staff. The Attitude is very bad. They never answer the calls. THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE. Never recommending this airlines again.Dubai office staff is answering the calls BUT they DON'T GIVE YOU THE FULL AND RIGHT DETAILS. They also keep your calls on hold for too long. They don't get back to you regarding the complaints you raise. Very Bad experience.

This airline did not communicate to us that a Covid test was required before boarding the flight. In fact, they gave false information. Also, the food was absolutely horrible. We were served sad sandwiches on both 4 hour flights. The airfare wasn't cheap either. Don't waste your money.

This airline failed to inform customers that they needed a negative covid test to board the flight. They never answer the phone. They are taking people money, I would not recommend
