Don't waste your money, I have never seen a such rude customer service. They don't know how to behave with the clint. They actually don't want to rent there flats.

Terrible customer service. We reacted a never lived in villa infested with termites that has been sitting since the compound was built (now I know why) I took them over 10 days and 100 phone calls to actually sign the contract, took the checks, and now after our rent started they will start renovating that place on our dime and it will take them 25 days!! You cannot get a human being to actually take your call, but rather a serious of ppl transferring you to someone in space. I am beyond shocked to see this level of neglect and unprofessional policies from such a bog company. Run for your lives

A very rigid policy structure towards tenants with no apathy nor sensibility in how they apply their rules. If you lease with them its impossible to downgrade to lower type or value even in situations like Covid. If you are going to lease think twice from a flexibility perspective which they do not offer by any means. Apart from the negatives there are some positives as well from a maintenance, cleanliness & easy of services (App/E-services).

I’m a happy resident of Dubai and glad I chose Wasl; the credit goes to one special person- a person I’ve never met, and did not know personally. This gentleman’s name is Mr. Mouhcin Elyacoubi. His designation showed as lease agent. This was my first experience with Wasl. 2 weeks back I started to believe what everyone was talking - go with private. But I continued to follow my instinct. Initially, There were a few issues as we are unable to speak one-on-one; Finally when Mouhcin connected, he did not just the job like a robot, but did it differently; his service was something out of the ordinary, especially at such a time when no one has time nor patience nor the stability to do normal work. He worked out personally the delay caused of data error( that was not his job) and rectified it. ( it meant an entire days job. He personally visited the site in question, during his off day to ensure it was unoccupied; and then rushed back to do all the paper work. It was truly outstanding considering the heat/ the fasting / and the health precautions. He left the premises before I could actually thank you. Thank you Mr Mouhcin, for happily doing more than your job called for. This is what I call professional- this is humanity.. thanks also, to the related staff whose name i remember as Ayesha who helped me comb thru the registration and payment procedures. I realized much later that it was their day off. Thank you once again. Roop Rekha

I Visited this place for violation I received for parking one year back. I requested them & explained that it was not done on purpose i parked in handicap because there was another car in my parking. The officer simply refused to listen to my side & forcefully asked me to sign the undertaking letter & told me if i do not sign he will add one more violation from previous. I was helpless & signed the letter for 1000 AED. Worst place to stay Wasl if you are expat. May be the rent is less in wasl but at the year end you may end up paying more than the private property you can rent. As these people have there own law book..
