I really don't advise you to take the risk to visit this workshop. I requested them to make maintenance, and proceed a full cleaning of my Mercedes 4x4, incl. behind the dashboard and under the seats. Of course they needed to disassem le everything. After the car was done, I had several issues, like the A/C valve did not provide hot air anymore (was working for sure) and a function of the passenger electric seat did not work anymore (was working perfectly before). They had to rectify this, but obviously they highly over invoiced one part of the works to cover their lack of experience. Also, they have no idea on using the diagnostic tools, and they replaced a lot of working sensors, just because they could not identify which part was defective. They made the same in the A/C system, they were unable to restore it after cleaning, and then they asked me to replace some parts that were absolutely not the source of the issue. Finally, without any reason, they made me order 2 expensive lumbar switches and a full lumbar mechanism (this one, I refused to order), but the problem was just the cheap lumbar air pump... Never again in this shop. When I picked up the car after the last rectifications, the passenger seat was still not working, without explanation. I have to visit another workshop to fix it. Never again in this workshop, there are so many workshops with real experience with Mercedes.
