I have a regular cleaner from this company. Her name is Michelle and today I was really impressed by her honesty and dedication to my apartment. My 200 plus dirhams was missing and she found it and kept on the table with some changes as well. That was really impressive and I would like to recommend her.

This company is becoming worse and worse by time! Cleaners never abide by masks! They need constant monitor, never work independently. I have 4 times werkelt cleaning, twice at least they call 7 am to cancel the 8 am appointment!! Claiming that cleaner is absent. Who doesn’t show every week on same days, same time and still keep their job?!!

The company sent me two cleaners. One of them showed constant dry cough after two hours from the service. I asked her to leave the villa because I have elderly and children at home. She said the company doesn’t provide her more sick leave (she took four days off the previous week). She also said the company doesn’t pay for COVID test. I contacted the company and asked them to provide COVID test for the two ladies. As expected, the one who was coughing had COVID. The other lady’s test came back negative. The company sent her to work next day, even though as per DHA guidelines, she had to quarantine for ten days because she was close contact to COVID confirmed case. I spoke to the company , yet they disregarded my thoughts to follow the guidelines. More houses will have COVID exposure in the UAE with the way this company is handling its staffs.

The company is going from worse to worse. In the beginning they were good and they used to send good maids. But now the send unprofessional maids with no experience and very very slow and can't work independently and also their customer service are rude

First of all i want to say thank you to Analiza(our cleaner). She just did a fabulous job and we are really really happy with the service. Thank you for that bathrobe fold, felt like I just entered a hotel room.

Customer service is very friendly, helpful, and answers quickly to all concerns and questions I had. There are various ways to contact customer service, making them very flexible. This cleaning service does a very thorough job of cleaning. The workers are friendly, very knowledgeable, and kind. Our appointment arrived on time. We had even been able to arrange the appointment to be held another day. They're very punctual and particular about time issues. The value is a little pricey for me, and could be more value priced, but they do a superior job at cleaning. It's worth every extra penny.

They showed up on time and got the job done quick and did a great job. I would definitely use these guys again and I still want to get there right in front of the line when using this service. The value of this service was worth what I paid for it. I really cant complain. I hope that they keep up the good work.
