Disgusting place, zero hygiene, the place is a mess, the couches are a disaster and the place is riddled with flies, inside and out. I'd never in my life go there again
Below Average Cafe in every way ... Visited this cafe today from 3-6 PM to do some work and have a cup of coffee. The plus is that it's close to the Tram station...200m to be precise. Unfortunately that's where the cafe goodness stops. The main entrance is the smoking section of the cafe which seemed dirty, there were cigarette butts on the floor in the corner next to my table. It took awhile to get a waitress to come to me. I then moved to the non smoking section where none of the plug points worked. The staff were more concerned with talking to each other than customers. The coffee was good but 23 dhs for a latte and Dhs 19 for an americano is pushing it! Lentil soup was 25 dhs which was also steep considering this not an upscale venue. The toilets were dirty and leaking all over the floor in a puddle which was kinda gross. Management needs to seriously step in and clean this place up (literally) and also in terms of service. With all the cafes in Dubai and their not so reasonable prices , this venue doesn't offer value for money according to any criteria in my humble opinion. The good news is that all these are easy fixable if the owner cares to do so. Good luck and I hope this helps improve your service but its unlikely I would visit again.
Great ambience and the view of the city is awesome! The service is good here but they are a prejudice. Your skin colour plays a very important role here. If you are white you do get a first class treatment right from the valet parking to getting a table. But if you are not then I am sorry to say.. you will have a tough time.
