Suntek is a non standard shop with Zero tolerance in customer services. I had a very pathetic experience buying some products, not just once but thrice. Better to pay some extra money but buy the standard item from a well known shop. Otherwise you will suffer for your purchases first and god forbid if there is a problem. You will realize that what you had done giving your items to their maintenance, who are completely unprofessional and have no etiquette to respond the customer. Its almost a month now and i am waiting for my cell phone to be repaired back. One of the reason was delay delivery to the maintenance team, which is nothing but lackness of customer service team of so called Suntek Satwa Branch.
I bought 2 touch mate notebook and 1tab on your new store in manila building. On the promotion it says that it include 8000 mah per notebook. But when we are about to pay they give me 2700mah instead of 8000. Good that I notice. So I talk to the cashier/manager that on the promotion it is 8000mah. And he said it was out of stock. Its not about the power bank. But it was about the truth to the customer. Staffs are lying to the buyers. They get my number and told me they will call if there is a stock. Luckily until now 4 days already no call from them.
