we ordered a customized cake which the result was not even close to what we ordered and the cake was a very simple cake no complications...., it was a gender reveal and by looking at the cake u could find out the gender the color was visible. it was such a disaster!!!! the taste was good but it was extra sweet that we couldn't eat.

The worst experience ever! This company is not taking customers happiness serious! Specially when it becomes to a cake for a small kid. Even for a small amount they don’t care. Check the small letters when you order, there screwing your while you confirm. The person who takes the order thinks that her thoughts are the correct ones in stead of taking the details from the customer serious! Spoke with the manager and she didn’t care about me, it’s all about the money! No customer service
