Shorooq is a premium community mix of villas and premium apartment complexes. The apartments sizes and layout are in many options to suit to individual likes and needs. Place is full of green parks and trees and play grounds. This is one place where you actually feel the smell of freshly cut grass... smell of moist mud... it’s so ecstatic and nostalgic..!!!It’s proximity to the Mushrif park, the makes the air cool and the breeze is so fresh throughout the year. Neighborhood also has the famous and one of the very famous Mirdiff Mall. The place has easy accessibility to Ali most any part of dubai..!!! Great place for kids to play and learn, for the health conscious ones with jogging and cycling tracks, for elderly to walk and sit in parks..!!

The worst kind of management to deal with on so many levels and the worst incompetent Maintainance of all Dubai, Apartments are falling apart and the can not do anything about it..After living there for more than 8 years ( Just because my daughter had her friends in Shrooq ). Checking out of the apartment I received a quotation of more than 8000 DHS for apartment repairs, It was a disaster full of made-up numbers and unreal estimates of repair costs that did not even exist, We took care of the house cleanliness and My wife made sure she dust and clean the property before leaving after the movers finished there job however I was still charged, when we moved in the apartment the balcony paint was very poor and they said they do not have the same color to fix it and on a later stage it will be fixed when the color is available. That never happened and quess what I was charged upon leaven a 1000Dhs to paint the balcony that for deducted from my security deposit by force. My advice is do not deal with them, Avoid them at any cost, It will not be a pleasant experience at all.

worst AC's n the world. As a tenant who lives here for the past 5 months. I call maintenance for AC issues every month. Tonight my AC decided to stop working at 1:00am :) I'm fed up with this... even tho the community is nice and safe this small issue can disturb your whole experience as a tenant -

Nice layout and many options for apartments and villas. Has nice, new mosque and shopping center in middle of complex. Nice to have gardens and are currently adding new swimming pools. However, maintenance is constantly an issue. Flooding from AC, sewage flooding bottom floors and getting something fixed takes forever ... and they usually try to make you pay. Expect better maintenance for expensive apartments (65k for 1 br).
