Brilliant service from one of the best teams we have ever met, delicious set menu and dish presentaion from culinary team and great festive ambience on NYE! Guys, incredible job! A big 'thank you' to one and only Claire who provided us an exceptional service and engagement. We are grateful indeed to the reservations supervisor Claire who accommodated all our requests while making a booking and made it as smooth as it can be. Bravo Four Seasons Jumeirah! The most welcome ambience in Dubai so far.

The most awful experience in my opinion! I would have never expected this from Four Seasons considering it's a 5 star hotel. I went for an afternoon tea. I had reserved this at least a week prior and also provided dietary requirements. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and accommodating. However, when I arrived, the woman who served us was so rude and not accommodating whatsoever. If anything, she was putting us off the afternoon tea. She wasn't accepting that we made changes then later she admitted she saw something noted against our reservation. On top of this the afternoon tea was not at all what I had expected, especially as I have been for many afternoon teas but this was by far the most unpleasant experience. Very minimal and small portions. Usually one is enough to be shared with 2 people but in this case 1 per person seemed not to be enough even for a child. I would most definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
Unfortunately there is no zero star. Worst service ever. I had to recheck that this is truly four seasons and not a building carrying the same name. As you can see by the picture, I asked for an extra cup as I had two pots of tea, low and behold I got served ( late) just a cup, no saucer, no spoon. Price almost 15 dollars. Wow . Priceless
I appreciate it when the quality of food at cafe/restaurant is consistently good. Here, the food is beyond good. Portions are small, but you will not leave hungry. Some items on the menu do seem unnecessarily inflated in price, but the quality is superb. Ingredients are always fresh, and their selection of juices never disappoint. Moroccan tea is an acquired taste, but if your tastebuds allow it, do try theirs! The accompaniment of dates and mixed nuts make it balanced tea time affair. Service is what really pushes this location to 5 star quality. Maybe I have had the pleasure of only dealing with the more pleasant staff, but these employees are attentive and willing to switch your orders if you seem unsatisfied. To me, this is the pillar of quality dining and enriched any food experience. Decor is lovely, cultural and wonderfully peaceful. I hope to make a habit of these visits.

Had a wonderful experience at Shai Salon. Ordered Meduse Shisha along with some drinks. Accidentally broke a glass of orange juice and i was really embarrassed but the staff was very nice they didn’t even charged for that instead they brought new glass of juice. Idk what are policies at other places but Shai Salon stole my heart ;) Will visit again :)
Quality unfortunately dropped greatly after lockdown. Afternoon tea was a total disaster, clearly old food. I do love the place I hope they take it back to Four Seasons standard
