The wost experience the most untrusted Cargo Company more than 350 families lost the cargo on 6th july 2020 with my cargo but the ruby cargo did not inform any of the customers we received information thru mail after 2 weeks. Till now because of their mistake we lost cargo and thier GM is telling me we do not know what decision will happen do whatever you want to do. I request every person please do not do the mistake by sending thru Ruby Cargo they are cheating

Never ever entrust your invaluable personal effects with Ruby Cargo. Around 400 customers including me lost cargo worth more than AED 5 Million in a major fire that consumed Ruby Cargo's warehouse in Umm Ramool, Dubai on 26/07/2020. My own personal loss is above AED 100,000( INR Twenty Lakhs). That's the value of the cargo alone. The sentimental value attached to the goods is unquantifiable. Ruby Cargo has still not informed most of the customers about this major disaster.Ruby Cargo is in no mood to compensate the customers as partial settlement towards the unexplainable agony that the customers had to endure. The cargo was haphazardly and callously handled breaching our trust. This company must be brought to book for criminal negligence.
