This place has a very bad showroom and is highly understaffed. The warehouse is a mess from what one can observe the moment you step in and the customer service is terrible. I went there looking for palm and wooden products which is advertised by them on their websites and catalogs, but they have none of what I needed in stock and have no clear idea on when it will come either. Shabby showroom and a chaotic atmosphere with no one who has any clear authority to make decisions. Highly recommended if you want to spoil your day.

Very disappointing. Bad service and poor infrastructure and poor stock availability. . Upside is they have a large product variety. Also interesting to note is that the five star review given is by one of their own employee!!
