A very slow service from them. They take around 2 3 days just to service your cars, unlike other service centers who do it within less than a day. Not professionals at all, neither the service advisors nor the technical team. A disappointment seeing paying thousands of dirhams for a service contract and this is the service they provide. I had my car given for service a dodge challenger and it took 3 days for them to service the car at 40K KM. I had to repeatedly call the service advisor who would pick my phone after calling 3 4 times just to get an update on the car. Even if the car is given at 8 in the morning they will take a minimum of 2 days to get it serviced. And when my car was ready at 1 in the afternoon I went to pick it up at 6 in the evening and the outside of the car was full of dust as if they hadn't cleaned it. After asking them they said your car was ready at 1 you should've come then we cleaned it then. A major disappointment !

Exclusive for Jeep and dodge. Vast space and friendly employees. Since a busy place its always better to keep atleast 1 hour in your hand while visiting there. Clean and washroom available.
