Highly unprofessional with just premium rates applied . The number they display for pre booking is as good as nothing. They will confirm your booking and then once you visit the store - they will say no professional available and to come later . Why then give number to book when it's of no use ? Seriously? Just consider them as a normal salon - nothing premium about it and highly unprofessional!

it looks fine for a fast hair cut, the place is noisy and staff sound very loud, i hardly finish my hair cut, staff abusing each others that make the place unprofessionally managed
