First off, I’d like to mention Aleksandro. One of the gentlemen working there. Awesome fashion taste, very sweet and most of all knowledgable and patient. I commend him, and he made my visit excellent. Another gentleman, Mahmoud was welcoming and very kind. They both made my day. The store itself is really nice, with a lot of stylish pieces and a great sale currently. (40% off for a couple of my shirts)

Very crazy bad setup and unfriendly staff. I visited so many Ralph Lauren shop across globe and always got amazing support. But in MOE was horrible experience.

The worst service I have ever encountered in Dubai. The assistant first didn't even acknowledge us and when we asked for help with sizes she said pointed and said we can look ourselves with a miserable look. We of course immediately walked out.
