I want ask ? If there is flight but I cannot to enter Filipine airport why still mention in travel agent, we are passenger don’t know about this and book the ticket, after we will trouble because we can’t enter the AirPort then you have to refund the ticket, They will charge you 50% But it not your mistake because they are not mention if you can not enter filipine AirPort without visa , so better you can take other flight for transit flight , very very dissapointed

Dear PAL, For over 9 months We haven't received any refund for ticket number 0792404810902, under booking reference TCD7F7. we send emails but no one attend to us. PAL is really the worst airline.
I just booked my flight a week ago, then suddenly it was cancelled by the airline for some reason. People are booking their flights simply because we want to go home. But upon visiting your office to get an assistance with rebooking my ticket, not just me but some other customers, went to your office in Deira, however, your pathetic office was been closed according to one of DNATAs staff. You are posting your office hours online but in reality you are really not there to assist your customers. LOL. You are giving us the chance to book a ticket in your website, but receiving an assistance from your team seems to be hopeless for all of us who chose to book thru you. This is just really a frustrating and disappointing service from PAL. They cannot be relied on and no credibility to help their customers nowadays. What are you people thinking? Make us suffer more. If you cant rebook our tickets ASAP, then refund then refund the money ASAP so we can find another airline where we can book a new flight for us!!!

Why PAL has no tv at all? And i need to pay their wifi just to have internet. No im not happy....
I was told on the phone on July 2 around 2pm if memory serves me right, by Ms. Jamaica that if I would put my personal items in my bike box along with my bicycle and it would be absolutely fine as long as I did not exceed 23kg per box. Come check in on the day I fly (Aug 24), I was told by the desk staff at Dubai airport that this is not allowed, no personal items cannot be mixed with my bicycle in the bicycle box. I ended up paying the excess luggage fee, had to buy a box at the airport and repack all my things that was highly stressful, caused me a lot of inconvenience and almost made me miss my flight as repacking and searching for tape at the airport took time. Please be more clear as this excess luggage fee that I paid for and stress received was not my fault to begin as I simply followed the agents advice on the phone. Please have this investigated, I hope the call was recorded because I wish to be compensated for this inconvenience as again this was all not my fault.
**Not worthy to claim 4* and say “The heart of the Filipino”, they don’t have a heart. They are the most inconsiderate airline to families with Infants. They don’t give priority to your infant child, no infant food, no priority for infant seat. And also no Entertainment system whatsoever. Their tickets are overpriced for nothing.
