Delicious and variety food choices available on their menu. Good for families, couples and friends to share a table. Even it was busy on Saturday, customer service was good. Process of food preparations is done in visible area which is very nice. Gets a bit noisy due to the crowd.

Our hostess Micah was really lovely and endearing. Full marks for her exemplary customer service. Food as usual was yum though I did find that the cashew chicken did not live upto its hype. The enchiladas though are to die for.

We as a family love Nando’s! The reason for the three stars review was the speed of service. We ordered 7 meals and three meals came 10 minutes after the 4 meals were served leaving us in an awkward situation- do you wait and let the current food on the table get cold or do you eat and let the rest wait for their meals? The store seemed understaffed for a Friday and this marred our experience..

Good food and good service. Hilda served us and was very friendly and courteous. She made sure everything was served properly and ensure customer satisfaction. Bit expensive, but HSBC entertainer App was a great help for buy one get one free. Tasty food as always, great quality when it comes to the consistency of standard. Will visit again......

Similar to other reviews, complete garbage service. This may sound unbelievable but I waited a staggering 30 minutes and asked each and every employee if I could order food and they all replied with the same phrase ‘ok one second’ and that was the last time I saw them. I recommend you never visit Nandos Emirates mall unless you want to be completely disrespected by the employees. Shameful

The food was delicious, but unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory. The food took around 45 minutes to be prepared and it took 20 minutes to get our cheques.
