I have made the absolute WORST experience with this shop! I have ordered an easel which was delivered to me a few days later. While unpacking I realized that it was not the easel that I had ordered but instead i received a more basic and cheaper model. When complaining about this I was told that the other model was sold out so the team had sent me this one, without even telling me but still charging the higher price. This is CHEATING on the customer! When I told them that Im fine with keeping the other model but I wanted the money back that I paid too much, I was first told that it is not possible?! After discussing for several weeks with them they finally agreed. Im waiting now since 1 MONTH for the money! The whole process is going on since more than 2 months already. It clearly shows that this shop is not interested at all in their customers and even knowingly lies to them and steals money! Absolutely incredible and unacceptable..
Being a regular buyer of Modern stationary I must really say that the they have a good collection of stationary at a affordable price with out no compromise on their quality

To pass away the quarantine days production along with my little son I thought of making some creative and informative crafts for him so that it helps in his learning, so required some chart papers, acrylic colours, Clays and so on! Since visiting stationeries shops is quite risky started browsing online and most of the delivery dates where quite delayed and kind of over priced. Later checked to Modern stationary as my previous experiences with them were really good with timely delivery and inspite of Covid crisis they were able to manage and deliver things accordingly ! Thank you modern stationary for the timely delivery.
