Always trust Mister Baker to do a wonderful job with our birthday cakes. Flor assisted us patiently while we discussed and executed it perfectly. The cake was spongy and hit with the children too.

I’m giving hi score due to outstanding customer service. Taste and quality are not negotiable as usual since I start dealing with Mr. Baker in 2005. The reason that I’ve ordered a cake for special occasion but something went wrong in the delivered cake. However, second day I found a call from Mr. Mahmoud investigating the issue. It was very nice to be concerned with my feedback which reflects true customer care. More, I received at my door step a nice complimentary cake. Thanks again Mr. Baker and special thanks to Mahmoud.
