Terrible experience. I ordered a product on Amazon from MacroPro on the 13th of August. The product was delivered in a damaged box covered in a glue-like substance which has leaked into the box and damaged the content. The product's buttons were already defected and I contacted the seller for a refund. It took weeks for them to reach out to me (only after raising a complaint on Amazon) and more than a week to arrange for pickup of the defected product. Today, one week after the product has been returned and more than three weeks since the transaction, MacroPro is still sending emails claiming the product is working fine and that it was the buyer (myself) that damaged the product. Very hectic and unprofessional service. If it wasn't for Amazon guaranteeing a refund, I would've probably ended up with a damaged item and never heard from MacroPro.
