Company with good facility and accomodation.If you join now as a blue collar you will be in the same position for rest of your life.You will not be able to learn new things.I get these updates from the employees.Most the management thinks if you work as a blue collar as a machine operator,welder, they think they are not worth for promotions.It was not the case when this company started.The company will grow only if your employees grow.
