Louis Vuitton Quality is very questionable, the bag I purchased for little over 2 years turned rusty on all the BUCKLE METAL plating despite being rarely used and was properly stored. I recently visit the store for help, guest what? they wanted me to pay the service charge higher than the original price without even considering the manufacture defects and quality issue of their item!!!

I would rate the store 5 star until I saw another man not wearing his mask and the staff don't care one bit. How can such a premium branded store allow this ? They even serve customers drinks like its safe to have them take off the mask ? Ridiculous ,careless, unacceptable!! Nevertheless, we got special attention when needed for pricing on bags and garments.
LV - Level Shoes - Better service than MOE. And the staff are so amazing most specially Khalifa Ahmed. He was really accommodating and SUPER KIND! I would recommend him. Kudos to him!

Assistant left us with out assistance. Yet, the another assistant hold us accountable how did we entered without assistant. Bad experience and bad customer service.
Louis Vuitton is located on Fashion Avenue. The store is large with different sections for mens / women's etc. The staff were very helpful and showed me the many bags my Wife had said she liked. The sales lady even modelled the bags for me, which was a nice touch.
