We had here our lunch yesterday (Jan 26) - we ordered for me and my wife and then 'fish & chips for our daughter' (6-year old), with the Kid Menu in front of us. At the end, the bill: fish & chips billed as regular Main (double price vs. kids menu). 'Not a big deal', I think, and exposed the mistake to the waitress. She disguises the point. We then asked to speak with a manager. Nobody showed up. At the end we spoke with someone other ('William'), who started telling us 'you are right sir but you had the Main course' - no way to have a real dialogue nor to have the bill rectified. After 5 minutes of this useless loop, we paid the requested price leaving the restaurant in a very bad mood - with a clear perception this was done with bad intention (waitress's mistake recognized by them, but no willingness nor interest at all to rectify it). We will for sure not come back again - not for the money difference (limited), but for the bad feeling of being cheated.

Although the food is tasty at Little More, it seems that very little attention is given to the customers' food orders and no accountability is taken by the server when bringing the food to the table. I understand that quality can be impacted by lunch hour rushes, but having visited the BCT establishment many a time and experiencing the same mistakes over and over again, I will probably start keeping my options open.

This is my first visit to Little More cafe than More cafe. And first time ordered their fish and chip. Another first of trying a soft deep fried fish. After a bite or two, I know either fish is not cooked thoughtfully, or not fresh or both. The batter is soft and slimy with the fish. I questioned every bite and worry. But I didn't complain since I ate few bite, but worry my girl and I might get sick, so I rather not ate more. I told the waitress that you definitely will hear from me if we got sick after eating it. She told me they cook with creamy dory, wish I asked before ordering. Cheap fish for fish and chip, but I am glad I use entertainer, not spending 70aed for such fish. The waiter brought me the bill and asked if I have cash. He then emphasized that I didn't have cash. Huh?? Little more is a chain restaurant and asks to give cash but not credit card?? I did have cash but not willing to give with such attitude. Now probiotics time and NEVER GO BACK. Worst fish and chip ever!
