It’s small but cozy. Convenient because of its airport proximity. They brought a fruit dish to my room when I checked it and they went above and beyond making sure I got breakfast before the restaurant opened since I was departing very early in the morning. Their fitness room and other facilities were very nice and well kept. I would stay again.

Close to the airport and good value option for layover and second time here and probably won’t be the last. Despite being abit away from something’s, plenty of taxi close to get around. Hotel is about tired in places. Staff friendly and small pool of time to use it. Marina suite doesn’t overlook a marina and strange choice of names.
It is a nice hotel. Near GGCO metro station and just one station to Dubai City Center. So transfer to umportant places with metro is more cheaper than taxi. Also Dubai metro is very modern and clean.
Complete mismanagement! We had a nightmare checking in and out of this place. Firstly, while we had an email confirmation for 5 room bookings, apparently our card was only charged for 4 rooms online and we were informed about this only on arrival. Second, once we agreed to book an additional room, we had to convince and plead to get it at the same rate as our original booking. Third, even after we paid for the 5th room booking, at the time of checkout i was again asked to provide a proof of payment for the room i paid for at the reception. They did not seem to have a copy of that as well. It was too stressful and highly unprofessional on the staff's end to harass us like that and ruin a completely perfect vacation. Cons: The temperature controls in most rooms don't work so your air conditioning is pretty much on throughout the day. The back entry of the hotel is very shady and reminds you of a cheap motel on the highway! Housekeeping has a dangerous way of having the vaccuun cleaner wires laid out in front of your room. I almost tripped on the one tightly wound in front of my door. Check pic attached. Pros: The rooms are spacious and nice for the price. Location is convenient

By far the worst standard of any SPG hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are friendly but it's extremely worn down and shabby to the extent I'm wondering if it's actually the right place I've come to. The images posted by the hotel must be 10 years old and are totally misleading.
Very average hotel. Interior is tired. Needs to be upgraded. Breakfast is quite on the simple side. Service was great and staff very helpful. Yet the hard product is just outdated. Ok for one night near the airport, but not for more than that
