One of my worst experiences in buying AC split units. It took around 4 hours to fix the indoor unit, and when they did, there was a massive water leakage from the AC unit. They tried fixing the water leakage for more than 1 hour but they could not, and instead, they destroyed my home decoration because of that leakage. At the end, the delivery and installation team took back the unit to the company and I hope I can get a full refund because of that.

Extremely poor service No way to contact them and they will never come on time always late for days I’ve been suffering for 1 month to get a replacement for a brand new washing machine that never worked from the first day. Stay away from any product that is guaranteed by Juma Al Majid

I called to fix a Gibson freezer that I bought from them, and they asked me to wait until tomorrow!! All the meat, fish etc will be damaged by tomorrow. For such a big company don't you have an emergency, quick response team for such cases!?!?
