A world class convention and exhibition center. A technologically advanced, well equipped premises. Venue for one of the prestigious conventions and exhibitions in the region. The space is gigantic with separate zones and huge halls for hosting various exhibitions or conventions at one time. There is a huge plaza behind the premises. The vicinity of hotels and a number of restaurants plus the metro station makes this place a high sought after venue for gatherings. Even during the pandemic a high level of sanitary standards have been followed. There is security available all round the clock. And very patient and courteous to provide knowledgeable guidance and advice. The venue and its surrounding premises are all very well provisioned for Wheel Chair access. Public toilets are a plenty and very well maintained. A worth visit to see this landmark venue either one is a tourist or business visitor or resident. Amazing experience especially during a huge conference the whole venue and the plaza becomes like a small city with people crisscrossing each others with big smiles and full of energy.

Its a great place to visit and attend different exhibitions and events. The halls are spacious enough for attendees. It have enough washroom as well to everyone and its always very clean. In addition there are lots of restaurants and food stall to choose if you are already hungry. Its accessible thru the red line metro station, world trade station or you can take taxis on the area.

Visited the Dubai International convention recently for GITEX 2020. This was held in December which is specially conducted for startups. The region's premium technology event, stands as the only in-person, global tech event of 2020. It's a great opportunity for students, entrepreneurs to visit and make use of it. GITEX March-April 2021, is held for the biggest electronics show, to get the biggest offers. The easiest way for transport would be the world trade centre metro station, and then 2 mins walk.

Attended GITEX 2020 at the DIC December 6-10, being the one of if not the first in person convention since Covid-19 the organizers did an excellent job and creating a safe and productive environment. This clearly shows that events of this type can continue with the right precautions and the future is bright especially here in the UAE.
