Hermes is a very luxurious brand, and in many other countries the staffs were very polite and polished. In Dubai Mall branch i praised M.Sumais, he is a very good SA with positive attitude and always been very helpful, also in making suggestion for you. However whenever I visited the Dubai Mall shop without making any appointment with him, most time the service's horrid. They don't come and ask if you need assistance or it takes ages for one to come and assisting. And another experience tainted my Hermes experience here in Dubai was during the recent sale at Address Sky View. The Lady who was in charge in the entrance was not refined, having lack of positive attitude to deal with customers. She made all remarks that was condescending at a welcome. And to add to that, as i passed by the shoes display on discounts during the sales, I asked a lady assistant to show me a sandal on the display, that looked like ones I just bought 2 weeks ago, and now seems to be on 60% discount, I told her along the case when she took it from the rack. And she ended up snapping at me and giving unsought lecture about how Hermes is doing sales only 2x in a year etc.. What a warm attitude from a shop assistant, indeed. I believe when we buy luxurious branded goods, one shall expect to have a positive shopping experience come along with the purchase. If the staff in such a branded shops doesn't know how to be courteous, well its like carrying a wet market experience to luxurious shops. Which is very shameful.

Beautiful 3 floors store with the right ambience and scent, the boutique was pretty much empty and there were a lot of sales associate around. Having said that, after making my purchase I’ve asked if a picotin is available; and after checking my account that is not linked to my international purchases apparently am below target in the UAE but a VIP internationally as they show me any bag I want outside the UAE. Having to state that, the SA then showed me the bag that I want, honestly I don’t go through such a hustle abroad to get a Hermes bag it’s only in Dubai Mall branch. I agree that if you found the right SA at the branch it would be amazing experience but mine was very average.

I enjoyed choosing from a wide variety of birkins. There were so many gorgeous ones, I had only planned on buying one, but ended up purchasing 3. Thank you to the kind staff.

Thought here’s much better than one in MOE,however,it may be the same. Instead of saying hi or assisting customers,they keep chatting with colleagues. Go to supermarket,and you may have better experience.

Poor customer service There were many people in the staff but no one was there to give service. Mr. Hakim was really helpful I'm selecting the stuff that I liked. Wish they had more.people like him.

The staff in the shop was great but in the cashier counter it took me over 20 mins waiting to pay for my item. And there was over 5 staffs, I could find better server on some other shops.

Went to hermes home upstairs in Dubai mall today to buy a present at around 833 pm. Walked around til 840 and waited. None of the staff even acknowledged us let alone assisted us. My wife and I have never had bad service in hermes downstairs but that was really disappointing. We ended up leaving and still no one spoke to us. Embarrassing
