I had a bad experience with Gulzar Rent a Car. I rented an old Kia Cerato car. The car had a high mileage (235954 km). One windshield wiper was faulty. When it was raining, he didn't clear the window. The next day, the company repaired it. But that's not the worst part. When renting a car, Gulzar Rent a Car takes a Deposit of 1000 Dh, which must be returned if there were no problems in a month. The Gulzar Rent a Car Deposit was not returned in a month or six months. More precisely, they offer to return less than half, since they considered that washing the car when handing it back costs 500 Dh and salik. There is no evidence of this. I do not recommend contacting them.

Their service was amazing and quick I was looking for rent a car but was not able to find the right price, once I reached out to them through whats app, they helped me and delivered the car the in the afternoon. The guy was helpful and didn’t charge me any nonsense charges and made life easy. I was looking everywhere for a good company to rent from but there was two main problems with other rent a car company, the first problems were their reviews were terrible and the second was the company didn’t acknowledge and reply to the customers. Once I saw Gulzar reviews, that is once I reached out to them. The car was a KIA cerato, The car was dirty since they just collected it from another customer, they immediately cleaned as much as possible in front of me. It had minor dents but was running smoothly, since it had cruse it was easier to go for long drives. Overall their service was amazing and the staff was friendly.

I was looking for cheap car rent a car deals in Dubai and found them on Google .since it was late I sent inquiry at 11:30 pm and surprising got a call from there customer service within a minute The car was clean and good their drivers warning the mask . Over all it was good experience. I will be renting from them in future as well .I was happy to see that they ask for feedback about the service . simply good.
