Assalamualikum everyone it’s my heartfelt request please don’t take license from Dubai or this galadari center this center and RTA of Dubai they two are fully commercial and taking money unnecessarily basically they make candidates money obtaining machines they are failing candidates no reason they too also unable to parked or drive properly in the beginning it take lots of years to learn proper driving now in current situation as well if we ask them to park a car they take one or two attempts then how they are giving only one attempt to learners this all is full of money making policies everything in the galadari center for re attempt is charged just breathing is free that too who’s money they are taking expatriates they are here for survival they remain there families home mother father just for money please RTA and galadari fear of Allah who is always watching you Allah will take your money from other way which you are taking from poor people and Allah punishment is unvoiced by these harassment of center and RTA candidates feeling lack of self confidence please I’m requesting to RTA make things easy and simple or reattemps May not chargeable

I had my bad experience today due to miscommunication between the GMDC customer service representative and RTA representative, they ask me to go GMDC office for the theory test but unfortunately the date was changed without informing me, i was very frustrated because i don't know what to do, i arranged my schedule and spend taxi to go there just to get that test, since i was in GMDC head office, my expectations was high because i thought they will sort it out for me and solved the issue but unfortunately the lady whose in charge in the test is not helpful at all, she just don't care, im not sure if she hate her job or she doesn't care to any student at all, she send me to other room, then I spoke to Nawal the RTA representative, i want to acknowledge her service and give her 5 star for her outstanding service, she tried her best to help me sort out the issue, though she can't do any thing but because she tried, it made me feel better, at the end they have rescheduled it to another date, i still have a long way to go for GMDC, i will rate the driving instructor next time, i hope i will have a good experience.

I wish there could be a star to give less than 1. The worst driving learning experience and worst customer care. Save yourself the trouble and the money and don't register here at all. They only want to take your money and keep on making you come back to use you as a customer. They wouldn't answer emails and calls for days but the moment they want a payment, they keep calling and nagging without anything happening in the end. I had many complaints and emails to the center throughout the past year but I have been ignored or the issues have not been resolved at all. The latest issue is the bad treatment at al Quoz center which resulted in mix up of the final exams and wasted my exam and time as well. Related to that issue is when I booked my exam at Al Qusais but they put it at Al Quoz center and they promised to call before 5 pm after many calls on behalf yet no one did. This resulted in me doing the test in an unfamiliar center with rude staff and a bad experience.

Worst driving school ever (NOT Exaggerating) My friend and i opened file together, he from belhasa and me from galadari. he got license in 2 month and me not even got 6 month past. They will lot you RTA and internal test date as late as 1 month. Twice i have waited for over 3 Week to get the internal test time. They will make you wait so much that you will forget to drive.
