I really love their desserts, craps and ice cream. Their shakes are delicious. Nice interior and good atmosphere. Like to go there to freeze my dessert cravings. I can't say no to their dessert ever.

One of my kids ranked this place 5 star and the other 4 star. At a place like Freez with the simple but sleek interiors, it is the opinion of the young ones that matter. They have good combination of chocolate (Nutella) and Waffles that made it difficult to decide what to go for. Their chocolate plastered lips as they finished their desserts said everything. Neat and clean outlet with very friendly staff.
We were recently invited to try the Freez Wasl Hub branch out and what a SWEET experience it was! Freez is renowned for, and with good reason, its vast variety of desserts (and a few savory items too), drinks and more that come in instagram worthy presentations and are absolutely lip smacking. We were served some of their new items like the Rafaello shake, Açaí bowl, Astor crispy cake and other classics like the Oreo crepe, happiness cake, the divine mini truffle cakes in different flavors, the lotus shake! I don’t have even one bad thing to say about Freez and the restaurant gets a unanimous YAY from us ️
It's a normal place for dessert except that its overcharged. Taste is also average. I don't like the way they give the milkshakes in Nutella bottles!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Oh boy oh boy this place will Freez your senses. Ambiance: I must say its something in here different from others, as you enter you feel like digging into everything. The counter has blue ambient lighting to suit the name, they have wings on the wall where you can give your swanky poses. The entire cafe has nice graffiti most noticeable is of pink panther, wooden sitting tables, wit black chairs and cushion. Deserts: We had been here after dinner. Mini Pan cakes - as i love pancakes i ordered this and trust me they were so soft when bit, chocolate taste, it just melted in mouth : Must try Crispy Crepe - Amazing in looks with nice patterns you will feel just dig in even before capturing the moment. taste was amazing, crispiness, softness were par. chocolate layer coated was amazing. Service: The staff are very helpful, they smile, say thank you and appreciate. We also can see them prepare your food as the section is visible. My verdict - This is a must visit place for a sweet lover, not to be missed. Will surely visit them again. Not to forget they have kind of a loyalty program where in they give you a card if you visit first time, after certain visits you get 20 AED off which is another reason to visit.
Amazing place have alot of memories here with my friends and the ambience is just great.... bit on the expensive side but its worth
