Emerald building have good location. This building have 1-bedroom and 2-bedrooms apartments with balcony and without balconies. All apartments have American Standard kitchen. Kitchen appliances also Free with each apartment. Emerlad have best maintenance team and workers. Finishing of apartments also nice. Corridor looks like hotel. All apartments are spacious. Huge and Deep Swimming \u200d️ Pool Available for residents. Well equipped spacious gymnasium also available. Entrance of building is not good. But reception is good. You can see downtown and Burj Khalifa from front side of apartments. Wonderful experience to see this building and best experience to work with management.

The building is definitely among the best I've seen around Jadaf, especially with the facilities, the pool, sauna, gym to keep oneself busy after work and not to mention the covered the Parking spaces.. also a host to a super market and a small restaurant just below which i hold in high regards as the nearest supermarket to this is around a 5 minute drive... the location is definitely just beside the Al khail highway and that is the most used road in Dubai at any given time... Which is a 9 min drive to the Dubai mall & a 5 min drive to the airport... The views are respectable for now as the area is quite empty ... (Which provides for a lot of free parking) having 4 cars in one house that's a real blessing... we see the Burj khalifa and the Al khail road on opposite sides which make for beautiful sunrise's and sunsets, The security and staff are very hospitable and friendly so a big thumbs up . unfortunately i can't say the same about the manager and as a result I've seen a number of tenants move out and have a quarrel about said person ... he seems to create unwanted issues... and not making it feel like a home... So this is why i would hold back from giving Emerald Jadaf a full 5 star badge. I hope this review can help future tenants out as you make Jadaf your home !

Saving electricity and did not switch on master exhaust fan in enough speed. Air are polluted inside the flat. People move out because of this. People getting each other cooking smell all the time and smell from other flat. Horrible experience. They do not even turn on the AC in corridor and trash room in order to save electricity. So many cockroaches.. very unhealthy environment.
