After waiting 10 weeks for a table we paid and ordered last September, we have been informed that our table has finally arrived but it is chipped and damaged. Who want to pay almost 9000 drh and wait 10 weeks for a chipped table????? But now that I check the reviews I understand that the way D.tales operate I will raise the issue with Consumer Right and and use every social platform to prevent other customers to fall in their trap
Nice terrain and easy to locate
Bad on communication, to get an estimation of delivery for your product you need one week of call every day to get the answer, the worst treatment ever I’ve seen. And after 6 months of waiting they said sorry way fails to deliver and we will refund you!!!!!
Shocked by the lack of professionality. Never ever again
I had purchased wallpaper for a project from them at the end of August that was supposed to be shipped, delivered and installed within 4 weeks. However, upon cross-checking with them on the shipment status in the third week, I was shocked to find out there was an additional 2 week delay with no guarantee of an estimated date of arrival. With the project only a week away from handover, I couldn’t afford an additional 2 week delay - timely and costly delay to my business. They offered to cancel the order and refund me the funds which I accepted. This is where everything goes wrong: 2 weeks on, and still no refund despite the costly impact they’ve caused to my project. I’ve had to source an alternative wallpaper from another local company and pay twice. What is appalling is the lack of response and action on their part to refund me for the purchased, yet undelivered and cancelled goods from them. My e-mails have been ignored, and despite numerous attempts to speak with the store manager, my request has been dodged with the excuse that their manager is out of the country. I have had no option left but to raise this issue with Consumer Rights and I am patiently waiting for my refund. Businesses should be held accountable and responsible - goods have not been delivered, order has been cancelled and thus a refund should have been issued two weeks back.
