Rent any where, but not Deyaar, the worst experience ever. will never repeat it again Their customer service is nightmare. they only know you when payment comes. If life gets worse and forced you to live in one property managed by them, you have to take photos of the property prior to signing the agreement. other wise they will accuse you of damaging the apartment and deduct it from your security deposit. my self and so many of my friends who lived in the properties they manage have not received back their security deposit due to ridiculous claims. they turn off the A/C in the common areas in order to reduce electricity cost, they don't take care of garbage and sewerage smell. they employ a one single uneducated labour for a building larger than 80000 Sq.Ft BUA. It is a crazy experience

Rent anywhere else but not with Deyaar. They requested us to make an appointment prior coming, I had it at 9 am, by 9:05 the staff is still coming to work while 10 people are waiting outside. By 9:15 they let us in, by 9:45 I'm still waiting for the assistance. The building manager is so unhelpful not even responding to my emails and calls. Promised to consider the covid 19 situation, he never got back to me on my request, but I found it the answer when I saw the bounced cheque. On top of everything, not that they dont consider the situation, but they asked me to pay the late payment penalty! No comment!

Worst experience of my life. Took my security deposit and when i followed up for 2 months, they accused me that i was staying in the premises and asked me to pay DEWA. No response / Not Professional / Treated very badly / Accused me. Never recommend to anyone.

Worst company ever i have witnessed in my entire life. I didn't see the review before taking flat from deyaar otherwise i wouldn't have taken it ever. Life's biggest mistake They only care about owner's money. No chances of getting security deposit as well. I wanted to rate minus10 for everything specially customer happiness, customer grievances, customer handling, time management, customer feedback above all minting money through innocent customers. They dont bother to reply on call and mails. They charged 1100 aed extra from me and after that deducted amount from security deposit. They charge penalty for staying even a single day but they dont bother to give back security deposit to customer. They work as per their mood. Plz humble request to people never think of taking flat from deyaar otherwise u will regret for very long. Once you are in, u won't be able to get rid of deyaar easily.
