This is the worst bank ever. I have applied for a card, the agent put a wrong email address and wrong phone number. Did not use the card for more than a year. They charged me for annual fees of 200AED and they charged me for late fees for 3 months for 980 AED. These hidden charges were not communicated to me when I applied for this card. Too much stealing. I closed my account and have to pay the late fees for nothing.
