I would strongly not recommend this store. They are not to be trusted, in particular the manager. I was sold quite an expensive V-Roox wheelie case, which the salesman demonstrated was sturdy enough for him to stand on, and boasted about the 5 year guarantee. However, after about 6 weeks, the shell was cracking badly around the wheels, as well as chipping off in general. So much for this indestructible material. Worse still, one of the wheels jammed, meaning I could not pull it without it tipping over (not what you want when you are traveling the world, mostly in a rush). When I took it back to Condotti Dubai Mall, the first salespeople nonchalantly told me to come back and see the manager later in the afternoon (like I have all the time in the world to do so). I did, and his absolute indifference was some of the worse customer service I’ve experienced. He improvised, “It could get damaged on the first day,” etc—with no sense of apology or consideration, just blathering excuses. He offered to send it to their repair services, but, I was not interested in such a new, costly case being “fixed”. It was clear it was in no way living up to the claims made for it. Imagine what it will be like after a year. Two. Or even the five of the guarantee? Of course I blame the brand's poor quality, but, since the store is the customer interface, then the blame lies squarely with them. This manager is rude and arrogant and it’s clear once they have taken your money they simply do not care about what happens after. I would absolutely recommend against this store, unless you want to feel, like me, that you have wasted hundred of dollars. In short, these people behave like scammers.

Not recommended at all! If they give you a faulty bag and you noted that after paying, they will not do anything about it and force you to choose another bag for the same price. No comment!
