Schwan fried rice were amazingly bad.. I never expected Chin Chin to go down in taste. Quality wise I thought they were good. But sorry not worth at all. Chicken Chilly was fine.

Pathetic Service, Place is very dirty. Staff were shouting on each other in kitchen. Worse Hot and Sour Soup. Staff is rude. When I gave my feedback about Hot and Sour soup, waitress did not show any positive response and totally ignored me. Really Upset with the taste and service. Other Chin Chin outlets in silicon oasis and international city are much better in Taste, Ambience and Service.

This particular location #chinchin my last to last experience was worst my last experience was even more worse decision I had come in withy family last week the 2 lady staff not at all welcoming customer service skills very poor I had to call them every time I wanted to place a new dish none of them were ready to attend us like the last time the manager called me ones explained him the issue and the same thing the girls had so much attitude problem rather then giving a good experience it turns out to be worse it was my anniversary so my cousin's just bought a cake to suprise me the staff couldn't provide us to lighter to light one dam candle the inside area was smoky due to the kitchen #worstcustomerservice . food was Salt starchy the next day me and my family had stomach aches some the Schezwan noodles were not at all Schezwan! It was bland the soup didn't have Salt the chicken Chrispy was burnt so dry oily and salty the cottage cheese stick was not cooked to edible. #Worststaff #donotrecommend #dinning #unstableexperience

A great authentic asian Chinese restaurant. I ordered many items, tried their sweet and sour chicken, beef in black pepper, noodles hakka chicken, egg fried rice, chicken spring rolls, chickn dimsums & crispy chili chicken dry. Everything was amazing. Portions were big and food arrived fresh and on time. A must try

Worst experience ever. Never ever going to order chinese from chin chin again. What do you think of your customers. I have lived in china and i can tell what chinese food is. All the three dishes made in same sauce, i really don’t know what to say. The sauce even tasted the same. No difference of even salt. Seemed the made all in one sauce.

I like Chinese foods, generally and I like this restaurant before. But this latest visit, the rice was of a cheap type, the vinegar is so strong on the sweet and sour. The customer service was a disaster.

Went there first time yesterday with friends,as an lover of ChinChin noddles couldn’t wait to enjoy it especially that weather was lovely and we decided to eat at the terrace.However waitress approached us with lazy attitude and we were only guests at the time .Waitress served us cutlery without chopsticks so I went inside to ask for it ,saw chiefs and another waitress who told me that they don’t have chopsticks despite the fact that I have ordered noodles and another Chinese dishes and nobody informed me even before placing order so I could have choice of going somewhere else as I cannot imagine eating Chinese food with another cutlery. Waitress insisted that they are out of the stock when I got really upset and chief approached me ,understood situation and went around the corner (I guess that’s the store room) and brought big bag with chopstick within 2minutes!!!! Food was really excellent. When I asked waitress for bill she approached me with credit card machine in hand and verbally said amount of my bill.I was shocked ! Only after third time I asked for bill ,waitress went to print the bill and pass it to me in bill folder .I have never been served this way in UAE,was the worst experience I ever had . Hope that this will bring awareness to concern person and that needful will be done in order to avoid disappointment of other customers.

Delivery Review! Food Quality, Quantity and Taste all top notch... Chin chin is a perfect place to order in when craving for indo chinese food and hosting friends or family gatherings. I must say their quantity of each dish is alot, its good for sharing . they have almost all the chinese food options on their menu , you name it they have it ... which also wants you to keep adding more and more to your delivery cart as the prices on each dish are so reasonable... Ordered Starters Prawn Basil Spring Roll ... worth every bite , big tiger prawns rolled in basil leaves and crispy coating tasted delicious Chicken Pepper Winglets... cautious they are spicy but extremely yummy since i love chilly food Main Course Sweet and Sour chicken ... i mean how could one afford to miss to order this dish.. its one of the most signature chinese dish and tastes tempting everytime we are craving chinese food so a must have cause CHIN Chin realllly does it best... the tender chicken pieces with veggies in that sweet chilly gravy Tastes awsome just by itself too Beef Broccoli in Oyster sauce ... yet again tender beef steak strips and veggies was done well but lacked a bit of flavor in the oyster sauce Both these gravy dishes went well with soft and fluffy Vegetable fried Rice. Chicken Hakka Noodles one of their show stopper dish i am totally drooling and having water in my mouth while typing in this review as the wok charred flavor with chicken and veggies was so flavorful Beef Schezwan Noodles (caution spicy) one of their new items on the menu... had to give it a try .. i founded it a bit dry and too spicy for my taste..
