Horrible services ... the front supervisor amed Ariram has a bad attitude and refused to serve me on an offer valid by visa (by 1 get 1) saying that I have to take them together while I was alone sitting, I asked to take one now and one after 1 hour (same is possible any Nero else) but her refused stubborn and failed to show me T&Cs and called other Nero who confirmed the possible scenario but he kept saying they are wrong and I'm right with no proof or evidence I called other Nero and called Visa who confirmed YES I can take 1 now and 1 within 2 hrs but Ariram said NO .. shame on that guy! Horrible and I will never do Nero again NEVER .. you should be ashamed

Really negative attitude from the staff. Were so rude that I was put off from my order (I had requested to change my coffee to a decaf and the barista angrily threw the drink he was making away exclaiming that it was already made) after this scene I just went across to the Starbucks instead. Great seating area however!

This Nero has a mix of booths, seated tables and couch seating in the main dome area of Dubai Marina Mall. It can be quite a pleasant place to sit and enjoy your coffee with the fairy light dome ceiling, surrounding shops across two stories and at times some attraction in the middle of the dome. However, on the down side it can get busy and at times some non-customers just taking up seats making it even more difficult to find a seat. This Nero has the full coffee selection, hot and cold beverages including non-caffeine drinks menu that Nero has to offer, along with various savoury foods such as sandwiches and filled croissants through to pastries and cakes. The coffee itself is usually a good standard with an adequate coffee hit for a coffee chain. When it's busy, there can be a bit of a line and you would want to try and ensure you have a seat first before you order. However, staff try and keep things efficient at least in terms of getting the line moving.

I really love this place and i like that they offer this bonus cards :)) but sometimes it gets so busy and places are so limited :( Maybe it's better to remove those big armchairs and keep normal tables with normal chair but another way it gives own charm to coffeeshop as well and makes it different from others. I loooveee that there r electric plugs everywhere and free internet of mall works good \u003c3
