I would give 0 stars if I could!! Some of the teachers are wonderful however management and admin is appalling! They have no customer overview and zero skills in handling customers in general. After countless emails in trying to get outstanding classes/credit used, escalation to manager/s seemed I got hold of a manager who 'had just today been posted to the branch bit had no authority to take any decisions'. I would not recommend this organization.. I was not even with the studio city branch to start with but AR2 which got shut down with zero communication from management and spoke to, rang, emailed and generally had to chase them down for months.

If you are planning to shop here ONLY to buy music books, it might not be worth your time. They do have a few of the basics necessary to get your musical education on track. However, most of what I found here was about double the current online prices. Of course, they can charge whatever they like, and they do. But for a place that presumably makes their majority of profit from music lessons on-site, it might encourage new enrollment and extra business traffic if the books were a little closer to cost. Just my two cents worth. Now I'll go back to playing from my Amazon - ordered books...
