I am in love with gym! This gym is an iron paradise and probably the dream of every Bodybuilder. The staff is super friendly, there is live music and you can even buy your meals/pre-workout/supplements at this gym! Seeing so many athletes/bodybuilders working out is very motivating and inspiring. Binous is definitely my Go-to gym whenever I am visiting Dubai.

Top gym . Often very busy but very nice vibe nice people nice machines. High viarity of machines . Lots of staff that cleaning . Selling food there coffe and also have clean food there. Also supplement shop inside . Best day for quiet training - fridays

By far the best gym in Dubai. One of those legendary middle eastern super gyms for the elite bodybuilders but also anyone who takes training very seriously. Biggest variety of equipment I've ever seen and awesome upstairs with kitchen bar, protein bar and supplement shop, as well as comfy seating area overlooking the gym floor. It really is a bodybuilding paradise.

If your looking for a serious gym to get quality gains, this is the gym to go to. State of the art equipment, endless variety of machines targeting specific muscle groups. Quality cardio machines and there’s a restaurant and a protein bar cafe too. Highly recommended

Terrible gym, complete rip off 199 AED for a day pass, half the machines were not sealed and not useable and the staff were rude, not helpful and generally a bad atmosphere all around. What a joke!!!
