A wonderful hardworking well trained team of professionals. Unlike other companies which just want to close the deal and “Chao”, these folks will stay in touch in long term to make sure you are getting the best experience possible. I’ve been working with them for a while now and I couldn’t be any happier. Buying, selling, renting even helping with maintenance routine, everything is done with care and your convenience in mind. Special thanks to one of the Sales Managers, John Spinu. He is unbelievable, I haven’t seen such a hardworking person in a long time. He gives all of himself to his job and it is visible. Very professional and organized man, and the most important is very knowledgeable about his job. Very kind person too, if you’re at Arms & McGregor ask for John, you won’t regret it.

Highly NOT recommend. You will waste your time for lying agents. We have tried to work with Agent John Spinu and wanted to see 2 apartments on Golden Mile: - #1 bright 1br apartments with light grey walls, white kitchen and modern design for 85k - #2 standard typical 1br, but fresh and renovated. When we asked to check both apartments, John sent a video of apartments #2, it was truly clean, bright and beautiful. My husband made an appointment with John to see both apartments. When they met, John told that he will show different apartments but it looks absolutely the same. But it was absolutely not. It looked like filthy dusty cesspool. When my husband asked John to watch required apartments #1 and #2 and first of all John said: - Oh, its just the same, don't worry. When we insisted on showing us required apartments from video John said that video is just for illustration of purposes, to give a client idea of layout. Great, but not when you show garbage unit except good quality apartments. - What about apartments #1? - Tenant doesn't answer me, I'm waiting for respond. After 3 days tenant is magically still not answering... And John started just ignore our attempts to look at these apartments #1... Today I have checked it on Propertyfinder link again and saw that photos and info of apartments #1 (which we are still waiting) via link were changed for absolutely different apartments. Price has also been changed from 85k to 75k. I guess there were no apartments #1 and #2 - this is just a cheap trick to stick potential renters with low quality apartments by photos and videos of non-existed units. And for this unprofessional work with lie agent expect commission?Unfortunately agent John Spinu demean himself like professional and it’s shame that he disgrace Russian nationality just because he is speaking Russian, but he is not Russian, he is Moldovan.

The place looks great except the painting are all over the place and not arrange properly . overall looks okay @owner thank you for the invite . My comment is just an observation when i visited your office .I was with my friend who has transaction with your team, anyway love the painting just need to be arrange properly . thanks

I was in contact with quite a few estate agents from separate companies. My colleague recommended Avril at Arms & McGregor and I could immediately see why he highly recommended her. Avril was very responsive throughout the process of me finding a flat in Dubai Marina. Compared to most other estate agents this made such a huge difference. She was also able to negotiate a very good price for the apartment I was interested in on my behalf. Even after contracts have been signed her client aftercare has been second to none.
