This branch is not that flexible. I am under my husband's sponsorship and doesn't have EID that time and they didn't accommodate me, made excuses which are weird. Then, 2nd attempt was to send money to Mashreq bank and they said they cannot. So tell me which services do you have then? The staff isn't helpful at all and even the manager doesn't make any extra help. Overall, I don't recommend this exchange. Very poor service

Everytime we are going to take salary from there, i dont know, but they seems angry.. And seems they r not happy at their work specially the first counter filipina lady. I was standing there for 3 minutes and giving my Id, and shes not even try to ask what i need. Shes always angry if im taking salary. This is not the first time. This is happening everytime. And im sick of this. Hoping my company didnt send my salary in that branch!!!
