I can not say enough about the excellent customer service about this place. It felt like a place where every woman is welcome, and treated amazingly. Not to mention that the salon is very pretty and looks very professional. I got the impression that this would be a perfect place to get braids, weaving and other protective styles and they would be perfect(one of the clients got perfect cornrows). The lady was also very knowledgeable about the health of my hair and recommended a great treatment that revived it. When it came to my styling, I had more of an iron rather than silk press and my hair was quite stationary(satellite) and this was partly because my hair was blow dried quite a lot on high heat. When I did ask about this at the start of styling, I got the classic \your hair texture\ remark which was not very true as I have had perfect presses in the past. I was however already in too deep. Overall review: very great salon and good people.

It was one of the best salon I’ve been too. The staff was soo cordial made me feel really welcomed. After all the services I felt like a woman is supposed to: beautiful hairstyle, nice nails, they even take care of your eyelashes and eyebrows. I did a protective hairstyle to grow my hair due to heat damage, and I got to try their 3D eyelashes extension. They thought me about the process, the atmosphere was relaxing. I spent the whole day there and it did not feel like I was there that long because the girls were outgoing, professional and very nice. If you ever in Dubai I would go check them out.

Me and my sister got both different braiding hairstyle and we absolutely love it \u003c3 We got exactly the hairstyle we wanted and the customer service was excellent. Joana and her team are so lovely and friendly and we felt very welcomed. Special thanks to Rita and Precious who took care of our hairstyles and did a phenomenal job. This place is just awesome. Got an appointment very fast and they immediately started the treatments, braiding my hair, doing my nails. So beautiful and the girls were so sweet, thanks to Helena and Rita for my nice braids!! Love it ️️️

One of the best salons i’ve been to in Dubai. I came in with a specific picture in mind and came out looking better than what I imagined! They handled my curls very nicely and made sure i got a great service despite how busy the salon was at that time. Staff is very friendly and to me that’s the most important thing. Definitely recommend and definitely won’t be the last time I visit.
