Twice in three months I’ve gotten back times of clothing that are still dirty. My husband gives them 50-70 pieces of clothing every month, and I’ll toss in 2-3 items every now and then. Aside from facing issues with delivery (they never deliver when they say they will unless we follow up and prod) getting back dirty items puts me in a bind because I travel weekly for work and don’t have time to redo the clothes. I’m going to saudi with a dirty abaya this week. Pictures attached. --- EDIT Saturday Night: It's now been almost exactly a week since my last review. The owner responded quickly and very nicely resolved the abaya issue so I've upgraded the rating to 3 stars. However, there's a new problem - as mentioned in my last review, delivery is always a problem. My husband gave his shirts and suit as usual yesterday (Friday) morning and agreed to have the suit delivered back today in the evening. At 8:25 PM he called to follow up and was told yes yes it would be delivered. It's now 10:47 PM and the suit is not here, and Diva Laundry is now closed. Fortunately, he has multiple suits and only gave Diva one because otherwise, he'd be stuck going to Saudi in a few hours with no appropriate business clothing. I can not understand why Diva keeps saying it will deliver on a certain day and then not follow through. I want to love Diva Laundry but it's hard. EDIT Sunday Morning: After continuous follow ups, I was told they're ot allowed to give the owner's number\ despite the owner asking me to call him/her in the response to my review. I'm now waiting for my abaya (I travel again this afternoon) and can not get a straight answer as to when it will be delivered. Screenshot attached. Downgraded to 1 star.
